Time Trial changed to seperate event

Tour organisers have decided to make the Time Trial a seperate event and not a stage event. After situations beyond their control, the time trial has been removed from the stage event and made into a seperate race. Prize monies will now be offered for the time trial.

Mountain bikes are still the only bike of choice for the time trial, and aero bars are still allowed. The prize monies will be distributed as follows: 1st $100.00, 2nd $75.00, and 3rd $50.00.
