Essential info

RACE COURSE

This year, being the 5th anniversary, the route has been changed. This year, instead of doing the flat section twice, it will only be done once, with the hill section being done twice. So the course will be: Starting in Road Town at the Festival site, head west towards WestEnd, turn around at the Frenchman’s Cay junction and head all the way to the Airport on Beef Island. At the airport, the race will turn around and head back to Road Town. By Bobby’s roundabout, it will turn and go back to the Airport, turn around and head back to town, where it will finish at the Start/Finish area. These new additions have stretched the course to 75miles (120 km). The Women’s courses, Mountain bikes, and Juniors will do one lap of the new course. (Please note that everyone is allowed to do the full course if they so desire.)

The four short hills will now be eight, twice to the Airport, but this year there is about 7 miles of flat after the last hill, 14 going and coming from the airport. The suggested gearing is 39x25. Also, this year, we have included 3 sprint preems. There will be surprise prizes for each one ☺. AERO BARS ARE NOT ALLOWED!! HELMETS MANDOTARY!

RACE ENTRY

Race entry fee is $35.00 US
